LOST BOYS: THE TRIBE SCAVENGER HUNT ONLINE SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MANY WILL ENTER, FEW WILL WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The LOST BOYS: THE TRIBE SCAVENGER HUNT ONLINE SWEEPSTAKES (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and overseas military installations) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Warner Home Video, M80 Services, Inc., West Coast Marketing, and each of the foregoing entities' parent and affiliate companies, and other Sponsor-authorized designees associated with the design, administration and/or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), as well as members of such employees' immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) or households (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is void outside the area stated above and where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Sponsor: Warner Home Video, a division of Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc., 4000 Warner Blvd., Burbank, CA 91522. Administrator: West Coast Marketing, a division of The Susquehanna Hat Company, 23901 Calabasas Road, Suite 2001, Calabasas, California 91302.
3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on 7/28/08 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on 8/27/08 for online entry ("Online Entry Period") and ends on 8/28/08 for the postmarking of a mail-in entry.
4. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes - online by playing the online scavenger hunt and via mail without playing the scavenger hunt:
   • To Enter Online by Playing the Online Scavenger Hunt: During the Online Entry Period, individuals interested in participating in the Sweepstakes online, may enter the Sweepstakes by logging onto http://contests.m80im.com/lostboys (the "Sweepstakes Site") and following the instructions to play the online Scavenger Hunt in accordance with the instructions set forth on the Sweepstakes Site. You will be directed to four (4) Internet websites (http://www.shakefire.com, http://www.splatterfilms.com, http://www.houseofhorrors.com http://www.movieweb.com) in an effort to locate four (4) icons. To complete your entry, you will need to return to the Sweepstakes Site and input the names of the four (4) icons located. In addition, you will be prompted to input your first and last name, a valid address including street, city, state, and zip code (P.O. Boxes are not permitted), date of birth, daytime telephone number (including area code) and e-mail address. After providing the required information as detailed above, you will need to click submit to complete the online entry process and be entered into the Sweepstakes (the "Online Entry").
     
     ALL ONLINE ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 P.M. PT ON 8/27/08 TO BE ELIGIBLE. The Sweepstakes Site's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
   • To Enter By Mail Without Playing the Online Scavenger Hunt: To enter the Sweepstakes without playing the online Scavenger Hunt, on a postcard, handprint your first and last name, valid address including street, city, state, and zip code (P.O. boxes are not permitted), daytime telephone number (including area code), date of birth and e-mail address and mail your completed entry to: LOST BOYS: THE TRIBE SCAVENGER HUNT ONLINE SWEEPSTAKES, P.O. Box 6041, Sherman Oaks, CA 91413 (the "Mail-in Entry").
     
     ALL MAIL-IN ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY 8/28/08 AND RECEIVED BY 9/08/08 TO BE ELIGIBLE.
     
     Online Entries and Mail-in Entries will collectively be known as "Entries".
     
     Limit for all Entries: ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, accounts, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
5. Drawing: Potential Winners may (at Sponsor's sole discretion) be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and (except where prohibited) Publicity Release form and a completed IRS W-9 form within ten (10) business days of date of issuance.
6. Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize consists of a 42" HD TV. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is US$800. ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE: The Second Prize consists of a Blu-ray Player. The approximate retail value of the Second Prize is US$300. THREE (3) THIRD PRIZES: The Third Prizes consist of a prize pack of DVDs and/or CDs. The approximate retail value of each Third Prize is US$65.
7. For All Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable and have no cash value. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value at any time in its sole discretion. No portion of the prize may be sold, bartered or exchanged by winners. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Total approximate retail value for all prizes is US$1,300. All prizes will be awarded "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. Odds of winning the prizes depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for the Sweepstakes.
8. Release: By receipt of any prize, each winner agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, M80 Services, Inc., Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, participation in the Sweepstakes and/or any Sweepstakes related activity or acceptance, or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
9. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any and all media and manner and by any and all means now known or hereafter devised in perpetuity worldwide without additional compensation or limitation of any kind, and without the need to get any further consent.
10. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury, death or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that, if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
12. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the federal and state courts of Los Angeles, California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives the right to seek injunctive relief in connection with the Sweepstakes and further waives all rights to claim indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
13. Entrant's Personal Information: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at the Sweepstakes Site.
14.
